Westerly winds affecting weather pattern

Kathmandu, Nov 5: The nation is presently experiencing a partial influence from Westerly winds. As per the meteorological forecasting division, partly cloudy conditions are observed over Koshi Province, along with the mountainous and hilly areas of the country, while the weather is expected to remain predominantly clear in the other Terai regions.

Light rain is anticipated in one or two locations within the mountainous and hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, as well as in the mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpahschim Provinces.
